Well, that was liberating. I raged against the machine! I said "No, I will not write in the regular right-side-up fashion!". Who decides what is the 'right-side-up' anyway? Probably the government, trying to bring us down. I FOUGHT THE LAW AND THE LAW DIDN'T WIN! Now, I've done my part, what are you gonna do?

The Friday5.
- What are the titles of the last three books you read all of? The Great Gatsby, Enduring Love, We Need to Talk About Kevin.
- What are the titles of between three and five magazines you subscribe to or used to subscribe to? Empire, New Scientist, NME, Rolling Stone, National Geographic
- What’s on your night table? (we figured this one was borderline, since it involves the bedroom, but if the vibe is right and you preface the question with the background story I told above, you could make it work): Book, iPod, Mechanics textbook, my cat: Zelda, phone
- What are the three best things that happened to you in the past seven days? I stopped caring about what people think of me, I laughed 'till I cried and I spoke to an old friend
- What was your senior yearbook quote, and what would your yearbook quote be this year if there were such a thing? I didn't have one, I've not left school yet :) but I would like it to say: Most likely to spread the love, or be a stand-up comedienne!

The Friday5
1. When did you last drink something out of a glass bottle?
I had a J20 a couple of days ago
2. Whose energy would you like to bottle for those future listless days?
My brother's. Seriously, the guy could survive on two hours sleep and be perkier than a cup of joe.
3. How many plastic bottles are there in your shower, and what’s in them?
...I just counted and I have 8: shampoo, conditioner, shaving gel, shower gel, bath salts, clean & clear face wash, st. tropez bronzing mist (not mine-I could be casper the friendly ghost's albino cousin) and talc.
4. Who in your life could be described as lightning in a bottle?
My best friend. She is an unstoppable force.
5. You’re playing Spin-the-Bottle with your sixth-grade classmates. When it’s your turn, to whom do you want the bottle pointing?
Preferably either: My crush at the moment (whose name I shall not broadcast over the internet as my life might just end), Edward Cullen, Mark Hoppus, Will Smith, Gareth David-Lloyd, Will Ferrell or Seth Rogen. I am asuming here that I am the age I am now, I just get to play a game of spin the bottle with some rather cool people.

Panic! At the Disco back on top form with this AWESOME video (featuring Megan Fox!)
I cannot wait for Diablo Cody's new project, Jennifer's Body-in which Megan Fox plays some kind of boy-hating vampire-hence, I'm now constantly checking the movie's official site. On one such occasion I found Panic! at the Disco's new video "New Perspective", which features in the soundtrack of the movie:
May I say, I'm pretty glad P!ATD have added the '!' back in their name, they are sooo much more fun with the exclamation. And also, Brendon Urie looks fine in the video...kinda like something out of Men in Black xD

THAT bag.

Okay, I never really cared for vintage style that much, but this leather satchel bag as seen on Alexa Chung is freakin' sweet. The weird thing is, it looks exactly like my latin teacher's briefcase (this is a guy who wears the same suit-day in, day out-I like to think of him like Spongebob Squarepants, you know he has loads of copies of the same outfit in his wardrobe.)

Last month I missed a world exclusive interview with Fall Out Boy's bassist Pete Wentz and Mark Hoppus.
Both have massive twitter fanbases, both with followers that place them well inside the Top 100 users of the site, each with over 1,000,000 followers. That's what this section of the interview was about:

Ooo one more thing, while I still remember...

blink performed an awesome family & friends show a couple of months back, as a sort of prequel to their US tour (so devastated that I'm not a US citizen), and I just had to comment on Travis's athletic drum solo! He's done the routine twice; once at the L.A warm-up gig, and again at General Motors Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. The solo lasted for around three minutes and featured Barker doing a much-hyped 360-degree turn. It looked epic. Here's a snippet of it:

Craola

Here's one of the many great works of Greg 'Craola' Simkins. You can learn more about him here. His works are said to be derived with "elements from pop culture, the old masters, nature, carnival kitsch and most importantly, a warped imagination."

I'm just letting you know that I'm kind of obsessed with blink-182, all of said bands bandmates & any affiliations of the band or its mates. So expect quite a few blink related posts, as I anticipate their world tour. Impatience is a virtue.

A little something to get the ball rolling: A compelling protagonist
Okay i'm not so good at enthralling the average blog reader with my 'flowing prose', so for my first post-rather than an epic entry that captures you from the offset-I was thinking that sites like facebook and myspace have you list interests, but there's never enough room for everything. Well here's my growing master list of things I like. This will most likely bore you no end, but you have to start somewhere right?
